Why are you now having these MADE IN CHINA vs. the USA?
Will not purchase any of the products you sell that are made in China. My set from last year says: Made in USA.

A little TOO flexible

The spatulas are beautiful, but a little too flexible for my needs. When toasting up sandwiches, etc., they bend too easily and drop the contents of the sandwich in the pan.

I love this spatula. Although I think the name is deceiving. It isn't very flexible. But that is part of the reason I like it so much b/c it is so sturdy.

Williams Sonoma used to have these great spatulas that were flexible that I used for fried eggs. That was what I was wanting. This is a sturdy spatula that will not 'flex' under eggs.
For a 'regular' spatula, it is great, easy to clean...I love it...but it is not flexible!

This spatula is one reason I switched from Non-stick cookware: I was tired of non-metal utensils! This one is just the right size and shape for nearly every use. I'm really glad I bought two of them.
