Clever well designed fork
April 2, 2014
I purchased this fork for a few reasons. I was looking for a fork to serve with and to hold a roast, chicken, turkey or anything that you need to lift so it wouldn't slip or to hold it in place to carve. The handle is ergonomically designed as well. The fact that it's serrated was a bonus. I used it as soon as I got it as a trial run before Easter. Love it! I probably could have just used this fork alone as it is so strong and well designed, but of course I used it along with my knife to pick up a roast chicken. I have always used my old go to serving fork that has a small handle or my fork that came with my knife set. Anything I have purchased from All-Clad has been exactly what I expected and of course excellent quality!
Pros: Durable, Easy to Use, Quality

Finally, a roasting fork with some strength!!!
October 21, 2012
My Mom always had a big roasting fork to "grab" a chuck roast and turn it while she was searing the meat before putting it into the oven to braise. NOTHING that I have ever been able to find made this an easy job. The only thing strong enough to pull it off the roasting surface was a grill fork and its long length magnified the force needed which put a lot of strain on my wrist. The standard grocery store brand forks with a plastic handle usually had little tines that "slid" in and out on the meat (and went all the way through when you stabbed the meat, scratching the surface of your pan). I used this fork for the first time today on a 3.25# roast and it pulled it off the roaster's surface without any wrist strain on my part. The serrations made it stable in the roast (without going all the way through) and DID NOT (as I had been concerned it might) leave significant "holes" in the meat. Thank you!
Pros: Durable, Easy to Use, Quality, Time-saver, Easy to Clean, Size
