All-Clad LTD Nonstick Square Grill Pan

Ideal for quick meals, this nonstick pan simplifies grilling juicy steaks, fish and tender vegetables on the stovetop. Its ridged surface sears in attractive grill marks, enabling excess fat to drip away. Square design adds up to 25% more surface area than a traditional round grill pan. Constructed of anodized aluminum for fast heating and even cooking. Durable nonstick surface ensures flawless release and easy cleanup. High ridges keep foods away from drippings and leave attractive grill marks. Riveted stainless-steel handle stays cool on the cooktop. 11" sq., 1 3/4" high; 4 lb. Made in China.

Older pan has problems
August 20, 2013
Was perfect at first, and was very pleased with it. After owning this pan and using it 3x per week or more for a few years, it doesn't hold up. It is rough and doesn't clean easily. The non-stick surface now requires a light touch of oil to be non-stick. Bon-Ami and a nylon scrub, as recommended, don't clean it as well as before. There is still residue. The pan is also warped now, even though it was allowed to cool before washing. I do like a hot grill to sear meats, perhaps it didn't stand up under such use.
I'm now at the point of replacing this pan. I haven't made up my mind whether that will be another All-Clad grill pan or perhaps a heavy cast iron grill.
I'd recommend it to someone for light use only or expect to replace it sooner than you thought.
Pros: Size
Cons: Quality, Difficult to Clean, High-Maintenance

I LOVE this pan
I don't know how anyone could complain about a pan that is years old and in almost constant use, not 'holding up'. I have had mine for less than a year. I use it constantly. It is my go to pan for steak, grilled fish, vegetables (including home style potatoes) sandwiches, and even scrambled eggs! I use a light scrubber for non stick cookware and I keep it on the stove because I use it nearly every day. I even use it to reheat/grill leftover Thai food such as Phad Thai noodles. I use liquid smoke a LOT when grilling steak or turkey burgers. Everyone should have one of these indoor grill pans. And if it wears out? It has more than paid for itself already! I know my Mom had stainless pans that lasted a lifetime, but I would never expect a non-stick pan to last forever. It's nice when it is new and nice but unless you are the one who ALWAYS cleans it, I would not expect it to last forever.

Lifetime warranty
I had my grill pan for several years and it did wear-contacted All-Clad-they will either repair or replace. I returned to them and they sent me a brand new grill pan-still going strong. Love, love, love my grill pan!
Both Williams-Sonoma and All-Clad are great companies for customer relations/satisfaction. Call them!

I highly recommend a Scanpan Grill Pan
I've used my Scanpan grill pan for years with no problems and friends and family have bought one too after seeing mine. I also highly recommend a Maier Nonstick Pan Cleaning Brush (also available at W-S) for cleaning difficult residue between any brand grill pan's ridges.
