My favorite soup pot
March 17, 2014
This new piece from All Clad is wonderful. It really does behave similar to a cast iron pot without the weight or maintenance issues. When I make soup in it and first sauté my vegetables, the heat transfer and speed of cooking is similar to a lodge cast iron pot I used to have. I have also noticed that this pot is very energy efficient and keeps whatever I'm cooking at a very even heat. Lastly, the pot is absolutely gorgeous!
